Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking request on StayRente.com for any unit at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This submission constitutes a request to book and does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to availability, guest verification, and internal approval. Upon acceptance, a separate Vacation Rental Agreement will be issued for signature.

Booking Request Disclaimer

  • This is not a confirmed booking: A submitted request is not a guarantee of reservation. Your stay is not confirmed until you receive written approval from Stay Renté and sign the rental agreement.
  • Rental Agreement to Follow: Once your booking is accepted, a separate rental contract will be issued, outlining the specific terms of your stay.
  • No payment due at request submission: Payment will be required once the booking is confirmed.

St. Regis Bal Harbour Condominium Rules

Complying with the following Condominium Rules is a condition of the rental. Violations may result in penalties, additional charges, or eviction.

1. General Requirements

All guests and visitors must comply with the rules of the condominium and the resort, as well as any instructions from Stay Renté. Please treat hotel staff with respect. All booking-related communication should go directly through Stay Renté.

2. Check-In / Check-Out Arrangements

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM. Early check-in available upon request and fee.
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be pre-arranged and is subject to fee.
  • You may choose a self-check-in or have a personal greeting (advance notice required).
  • You will receive two (2) key fobs. Lost fobs incur a $150 replacement charge.
  • Upon departure, key fobs must be left inside the unit, AC set to 73°F, lights off, remotes in place, towels on the bathroom floor, doors locked, and windows closed.

3. Cleaning

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Units are stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic cleaning supplies.

4. Noise and the Neighborhood

  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • Excessive noise is never permitted and may lead to eviction.
  • Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times.
  • Report any neighbor complaints to Stay Renté promptly.

5. Visitors

Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors are allowed during the day but must follow all building rules. No parties or unapproved gatherings are permitted.

6. Parking

One complimentary valet parking space is included with your stay. Additional vehicles are subject to hotel policies and fees. Gratuities not included.

7. Garbage and Recycling

Use the trash chute on your floor. Recycling should be placed on the floor next to the chute—hotel staff will collect it.

8. Security

Lock all windows and doors when leaving the unit. Turn off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use. AC should remain at 73°F when the unit is unoccupied. Do not give keys or fobs to hotel staff.

9. Pool, Spa, and Balcony Use

Use of amenities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times in common areas and on balconies.

10. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Evidence of smoking will result in a $1,000 remediation fee, plus any fines from the hotel.

11. Pets

Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Approved pets must be under 20 lbs and house-trained. Accidents or damage will result in fees or deductions from the security deposit.

12. Cable TV and WiFi

Services are provided by the St. Regis Hotel. No refunds are issued for outages or dissatisfaction.

13. Repairs and Replacements

Please report any maintenance issues immediately. We aim to resolve problems promptly, but no refunds will be issued for non-essential appliance issues.

14. Unforeseen Circumstances

Stay Renté is not responsible for events outside of our control, including weather, power outages, or amenity closures. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.

15. Damages and Breakages

All damages must be reported as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to do so may result in deductions from the deposit. Do not move furniture or use bath towels for the beach—pool towels are provided.

16. Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if canceled between 7–14 days prior.
  • No refund if canceled less than 7 days prior.

17. Compliance

Violation of these rules is considered a breach of the rental agreement and may result in eviction without refund.

Liability & Disclaimers

Stay Renté is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay. Use of all property features (e.g. pool, balcony) is at the guest’s own risk.

 

Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your request will apply.
