Our stay at the W South Beach was outstanding—an easy 10/10. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful with great ocean views, and the host communication was excellent throughout our stay. We’d absolutely come back.

Great property, pool, and use of hotel amenities. Great host - clear instructions and very responsive. Brilliant location. The only thing I would say for improvement would be better bedding.. mattress, sheets and pillows could use an upgrade to be more luxurious. Overall though, five stars.
