Great property, pool, and use of hotel amenities. Great host - clear instructions and very responsive. Brilliant location. The only thing I would say for improvement would be better bedding.. mattress, sheets and pillows could use an upgrade to be more luxurious. Overall though, five stars.
Beautiful location within central tower of St. Regis Bal Harbour. Access to all the amenities and steps from the beach. Unobstructed views of the ocean.

We had a great stay in South Beach. The apartment, was everything as advertised, has a fabulous location and access to all of the hotels amenities. The few questions I did have were answered promptly. A stress free stay in the sunshine!

I had a 3 night stay and it was honestly such a great experience. Dan and his team were incredible. super welcoming, attentive, and just made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The space is absolutely beautiful and has so much room to just relax and enjoy. The balcony was my favorite spot. the views of the city and the beach were just incredible. And I have to mention the shower. the extra jets made it feel like a mini spa moment every time. Having a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave was cherry on top.The service at the W Hotel really stands out. whether at the beach, by the pool, or at the restaurants, everyone is warm, attentive, and genuinely wants you to have a great time. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and I can’t wait to come back!
